These Terms govern your use of infowealth.com.br and of our email and SMS program, Infowealth Wellness Updates, provided by Infowealth Co LTDA (CNPJ 53.911.407/0001-37). By using the website or signing up, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our service
Infowealth is a digital wellness recommendation service. You choose a wellness topic and we send tips, reading and recommendations for third-party products related to it. Our content is informational only and is not medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you give us a phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder of that number or are authorized to use it.
3. SMS program terms
- Program: Infowealth Wellness Updates, sent by Infowealth Co LTDA. It includes marketing messages (wellness tips, product recommendations and offers for your topic) and informational/customer-care messages (replies to your questions and subscription notices), each with its own optional consent.
- Consent: you opt in by entering your number and checking one or both unchecked boxes on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can sign up with email only.
- Confirmation: the first text you receive confirms your subscription and explains how to get help or cancel.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will get one final confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP or email support@infowealth.com.br.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared for marketing.
4. Email
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not affect texts and vice versa; you can cancel each separately.
5. Third-party products
We recommend products sold by independent third-party merchants. Prices, availability, checkout, shipping, returns and customer service for those products are handled by the merchant under its own terms. Infowealth does not sell or ship those products and is not responsible for them. Merchants never message you on our behalf.
6. Health information
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products we recommend are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
7. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, use the service lawfully and do not sign up anyone else without their permission.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images, illustrations and design of this website belong to Infowealth Co LTDA and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Infowealth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website, the SMS or email program, or third-party products.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
