This Privacy Policy explains how Infowealth Co LTDA (“Infowealth”, “we”) collects, uses and protects information from people who visit infowealth.com.br or join our email and SMS program, Infowealth Wellness Updates.
1. Who we are
Infowealth Co LTDA is a digital wellness recommendation service registered in Brazil under CNPJ 53.911.407/0001-37, with offices at Rua Prefeito Osmar Cunha, 416, Sala 1108, Edifício Koerich Empresarial, Centro, Florianópolis – SC, 88015-100, Brazil. We are the sender of every email and text message in our program.
2. Information we collect
When you sign up through our form we collect:
- your name, email address and the wellness topic you choose;
- your mobile phone number, only if you choose to give it;
- which text-message consents you checked, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address and browser type (the record of your consent);
- messages you send us, such as replies to texts or emails to customer care.
Our web host also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages visited, time) for security.
3. How we use information
- to send the recommendations, reading and offers you asked for, for the topic you chose;
- to send text messages only if you opted in, of the type you opted in to;
- to answer your questions and provide customer care;
- to keep proof of consent and honor opt-outs, as required by messaging rules and carriers;
- to keep the website secure and working.
4. Text messaging program
Giving your phone number and opting in to text messages is optional. It is never required to use our website, to subscribe by email or to buy anything. If you opt in, you may receive two separate types of messages, each with its own checkbox:
- Marketing: wellness tips, product recommendations and offers related to your topic.
- Informational and customer care: replies to your questions and notices about your subscription.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email support@infowealth.com.br. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (for example, our SMS delivery platform) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade phone numbers or SMS consent.
7. Your choices and rights
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by writing to support@infowealth.com.br. We answer within 15 days, in line with Brazil’s LGPD and applicable U.S. and EU privacy laws.
- After you opt out we keep a minimal record (your number and the opt-out date) so we do not message you again.
8. How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep sign-up and consent records while you are subscribed and for up to five years afterwards, to prove consent if asked by a carrier or regulator. Data is stored on access-controlled servers and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
9. Age
Our program is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use phone numbers will never apply to consent you gave before the change without asking you again.
